Right-of-Way Plans were approved by GDOT and FHWA on September 21, 2010.

The Hydraulic and Hydrologic Analysis for the Ocmulgee River (Including "No-Rise" Certification) was approved by GDOT on July 14, 2010.

A "Finding of No Significant Impact" (FONSI) was approved by FHWA on June 29, 2010.
